A hike from the Watching Creek Rec Site along the rim of Tranquille Canyon, then down to and across the river and up along the east rim trail with a side trip to a hoodoo on Opax Mountain.

An early paddle on Edith Lake, plus heat, smoke, and wind, but a good workout anyway.

A rough road to get into John Frank Lake.    I paddled the lake finally.     Frisken Lake is upcoming.

A nature hike with my granddaughter.    Great fun.

I drove south beyond the smoke and enjoyed blue skies on Peterhope Lake, always a great spot to paddle.
