I hiked the Bench Trail on Greenstone Mountain and was thoroughly delighted by the route and the conditions. One of my favorites for 2022. A post to be published about Oct. 30. A video before that. I have another route planned on the shoulder of Greenstone Mountain.
First I paddled Leighton Lake (in Tunkwa Lake Provincial Park), then I drove down the Tunkwa Lake Road and up into the Six Mile Hills and then paddled Morgan Lake. Day 86 of paddling in 2022.
A group of friends hiked up to the top of Jag Hill, on trail and off with a loop route to provide views. Sunny and pleasant for another fine day of hiking. A video can be found at this link – Jag Hill Ramble.
Our original plan was to do the Savona Caves and we met in Savona to do that, but after some discussion, we instead did the Balancing Rock hike with CFJC TV.
