On a rainy day I hiked a shorter loop (3.4 km) from Rose Hill Park.      The loop route accessed Joyce Gulch, a double track, and a winding single track (PC Trail).

It had rained in the morning but I managed a 75 minute hike in before the next set of showers.

One one section of the trail there were long views to Kamloops and the hills to the northwest.
