In late March we hiked a loop route in Kenna Cartwright Park from the Pacific Way Trailhead.    We arrived at a number of forks, but we turned each time to hike single tracks that wound along the north slope of Mt. Dufferin, with a number of viewpoints along the way.   The combination of trails is a favourite in shoulder seasons.

There are views to the east and to the north along the way.

The hike was about 6 km and took about 1.75 hours.    We stopped to enjoy the trail, the forest, a few wildflowers, and the pleasant spring weather.   A few images are shared here.    Click an image for a lightbox view.
